Lutherans for Life Contest for Youth

From art posters to essays, with a variety of grades included, this annual contest is a wonderful opportunity for students alike! To quote the local Lutherans for Life chapter, "Each year, Lutherans for Life hosts an essay contest for students in grades 6-12, allowing young people to express their pro-life views through writing an essay based on a specific theme and Bible verse." The contest also extends to younger participants in grades 3-5 by allowing them to submit a poster that reflects a different theme each year. Prizes are awarded for the winners of each contest, and participants will also be given the chance to showcase their winning entries at a Lutherans for Life meeting or conference.

If you're interested in participating in 2025, please see the updated forms and regulations for each contest below to get started!
