There are 1,000 tickets available, and may sell out prior to the deadline of June 1st.
Lunch will be provided! We will have a Cajun buffet: salad, savory chicken & sausage jambalaya, southern green beans with potatoes, baked potato wedges, french bread, chips, cookies, and brownies. We will also have chicken fingers for those who don’t care for Cajun cooking. Refreshments include unlimited soda, iced tea, and water.
Shuttle tickets from the Convention Center to Bayou Barn
Tickets: $25 per person (round trip)
Deadline to purchase tickets & Shuttle Bus tickets is June 1st or until sold out. There are 400 shuttle bus tickets available.
For groups that don’t have their own transportation, shuttle busses will run 1 trip from the Convention Center to Bayou Barn at 2:30 p.m. to arrive at 3 p.m. and load at 6:00 p.m. and return to the Convention Center.
Planned Activities
Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, crab races (with live crabs), alligator hugs (with the assistance of a trained alligator handler), live Zydeco band and line dancing instructors, a photo booth…and more!
Registration will open around the first of the year. Due to the size of the facility, we will be limiting ticket sales to the first 1000 people registered.
LCMS Youth Gathering Missouri District T-Shirts
Prices: $17 for small – XL; $19 for 2X and 3X
T-shirts will be a heather purple, not a solid purple.
District t-shirt orders will be taken at the same time as district event registration. All t-shirts will be personalized on the front with your church name/town name and will be shipped to your church at no extra cost! The images you see are samples of what will be on the front and back of the t-shirt.
Adult Leader Info Meetings
We are offering Leadership Training for all who will be serving as Adult Leaders at the 2025 LCMS Youth Gathering.
These meetings will give you the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the city of New Orleans, get an overview of the Gathering schedule, and prepare to experience the Gathering with your group. You will also have the opportunity to network with other Adult Leaders in your area and learn from those who have attended previous Gatherings.
There is no cost to attend, and you can RSVP using the Register Now button to attend the info meeting at one of these locations across the state.
