Lloyd W. Haertling

December 15, 1932 – July 17, 2023

Lloyd Haertling passed away on July 17, 2023 at the age of 90.

Lloyd was the beloved husband of the late Wanda Haertling (nee Mueller); loving father of Kenda (Larry) Pavel and Lori (Pete) Sides; cherished grandfather of Nathan and Benjamin Taylor.

Lloyd was a 1955 graduate of Concordia Teachers College, River Forest, Illinois.  He served at schools in Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska.  He was at the Lutheran Association for Special Education in St. Louis from 1973 until his retirement in 1994.

His memorial service was at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, Saint Louis on July 28, 2023.
