BREAK SPONSOR – $250
Your business can be a Break Sponsor… here’s what you get:
- Just before the break, we announce that the Break Sponsor (sponsor fee us about $250) is paid for by your business.
- During the break (10 minutes) a slide with your business name, address, phone, website, email, logo, and any tagline is displayed
- You get a vendor table to display materials, brochures, samples, giveaways, etc.
- You may place a flyer (81/2″ x 11″) on tables, up to one per seat.
- Does not include conference meals (meals can be purchased).
What we need from you:
- Payment must be received at least 3 days before the meeting, unless otherwise arranged.
- An email at least 3 days before the meeting with information exactly as you want it: business name, address, phone, website, email, logo, and any tagline.

LUNCH SPONSOR – $750
Your business can be a Lunch Sponsor… here’s what you get:
- Just before the lunch break, we announce that lunch is sponsored (paid for) by your business.
- During the Lunch break (45-60 minutes) a slide with your business name, address, phone, website, email, logo, and any tagline is displayed
- One vendor table (for both days of the conference) to display materials, brochures, samples, giveaways, etc.
- You may place a flyer (8 1/2″ x 11″) on tables, up to one per seat.
- Five-ten minutes to present to the conference participants
- Includes all conference meals.
What we need from you:
- You must order at least 10 days before the meeting (Lunch will be arranged by the Missouri District so you will be underwriting the cost).
- Payment must be received at least 3 days before the meeting, unless otherwise arranged.
- An email at least 3 days before the meeting with information exactly as you want it: business name, address, phone, website, email, logo, and any tagline

DINNER SPONSOR – $2000
Your business can be a Dinner Sponsor… here’s what you get:
- Just before the Dinner, we announce that the night’s dinner is sponsored (paid for) by your business.
- During the Dinner (45-60 minutes) a slide with your business name, address, phone, website, email, logo, and any tagline is displayed
- You get a vendor table (for both days of the conference and a vendor table at the hotel ballroom where the dinner will take place) to display materials, brochures, samples, giveaways, etc.
- You may place a flyer (8 1/2″ x 11″) on tables, up to one per seat.
- Following Dinner, you get 20 minutes to present to the Conference participants
- Network with conference attendees for the three (hour ballroom gathering for dinner and drinks)
- Includes all conference meals.
What we need from you:
- You must order at least 3 days before the meeting. If there is already a sponsor for that night, you will be placed in queue for the next meeting.
- Payment must be received at least 3 days before the meeting, unless otherwise arranged.
