The Missouri District is beginning the search process for a Director of Mission Services. This role provides strategic leadership and support for mission initiatives across the state of Missouri, including:
- Church planting
- Rural/small-town ministry
- Urban ministry
- Ethnic ministry
- Campus ministry
The Director will oversee the District’s mission grant process and collaborate with congregational leaders to strengthen Gospel outreach throughout the region.
Qualifications include:
- Ordained minister of the LCMS
- At least five years of parish or field missionary experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- A deep commitment to the Scriptures and Lutheran Confessions
- Willingness to travel extensively across Missouri
