This training is provided for School Board members and principals of the Missouri District schools. You may bring one board member, multiple board members, or the entire board to the training. However, we do recommend that you bring a minimum of two board members for discussion purposes.

There is no cost to attend, but please register online by September 30, 2019. Coffee, Soda, snacks, and lunch will be provided.

We will cover:

• Creating clarity (mission/vision)
• Strategic planning/fundraising
• Enrollment/Facilities/Measuring Success
• Understanding Educational Trends
