“You can’t understand someone until
you’ve walked a mile in their shoes.”
It probably can be said that most people don’t understand the life of a pastor’s wife. It certainly has its own unique challenges and joys. While pastors’ wives come in all shapes and sizes with a wide variety of interests and talents, there is still lots of common ground. And, what a blessing it is to connect with others who have walked in similar shoes, and “get it!”
This year, due to COVID-19, the annual District Pastor’s Wife retreat has been canceled in its standard form. Instead, an "online retreat" is being held. Join us on November 7th from 10-11am to share an hour of fellowship, faith and fun. There will be an opportunity for all pastors’ wives in the district to meet with others who have “walked in your shoes.”
