Missouri District invites community to celebrate 2026 Call Day!

The Missouri District of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) is inviting congregations and church workers from Missouri to celebrate Call Day 2026, when seminary students receive their first pastoral or diaconal ministry placements and assignments. This milestone marks an important step for future pastors and deaconesses preparing to serve in congregations, schools, and ministries throughout the church.

Call Day services will take place at:

• Concordia Seminary, St. Louis (CSL):
  • Tuesday, April 28 at 3 p.m. CST (Vicarage and Internship Assignments)
  • Tuesday, April 28 at 7 p.m. CST (Candidate Calls)

• Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW):
  • Tuesday, April 28 at 7 p.m. EST (Vicarage and Internship Assignments)
  • Wednesday, April 29 at 7 p.m. EST (Candidate Calls)

Members of the Missouri District are encouraged to pray for these students as they prepare to serve in the LCMS. Services can be viewed online at "2026 Call Day at CTSFW" and "2026 Call Day at CSL."
