Calling all wives of pastors – join us for a weekend of renewal and encouragement at the 2025 Pastors Wives Retreat!

This year, we invite wives of pastors from across the Missouri District to gather at Heit’s Point Lutheran Ministries in Lincoln, Mo., from May 16-18, 2025. Together, we’ll spend time in fellowship, reflection, and inspiration under the theme "Rock & Refuge: God’s Help in Hard Times."

Led by Lisa Krenz, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to recharge and connect with fellow wives of pastors, as well as explore the ways in which God supports and strengthens us in our challenging roles. This retreat is designed to provide rest, renewal, and a deeper understanding of God's steadfast love in difficult times.

Lisa has almost thirty years of experience as a pastor’s wife and more than sixty years of experience living this side of heaven as a baptized child of God. Along the way, she has lived out her vocations as a daughter, wife, mother, friend, teacher, and Concordia Publishing House (CPH) curriculum editor. In her spare time, she enjoys quilting, reading, doing laundry, and ironing. Lisa and her husband, Stephen, currently live in Columbia, Ill., but began their married life and ministry in Holts Summit, Mo. Together, they raised two children (now adults): Joel and Anna
